Wholeness: Returning to Self

There is a space within us that has always existed untouched by time, unshaken by circumstances, and unmoved by the external world. It is the part that is whole, complete, and unbreakable. Yet, through life’s trials, expectations, and distractions, we often forget this truth.

Wholeness is Not something we acquire. It is Not something we must strive for or seek in the outside world. Wholeness is our natural state. It is who we are beneath the layers of conditioning, fear, and doubt. It is the deep knowing that nothing is missing, that we are enough exactly as we are.

The Illusion of Incompleteness starts from a young age, we are taught to look outside of ourselves for validation, purpose, and fulfillment. We are told that success, love, achievement, or recognition will complete us. But in chasing these things, we often overlook the truth, we were never incomplete to begin with.

The feeling of not being enough is not a reflection of reality. It is a story we have absorbed from the world around us. A story that tells us we must do more, be more, and achieve more to feel worthy. But wholeness is not a destination it is a remembrance. Returning to Wholeness and to live in wholeness is to strip away the illusions and return to the essence of who we are. It is to stop looking outside for what already exists within.

So how do we reconnect to wholeness? Let Go of the Search and Stop seeking completeness in external things whether it be people, achievements, or validation. Recognize that fulfillment is not something you find; it is something you awaken to. Embrace All of You and Your past, your wounds, your joys, your imperfections, they are all part of your wholeness.

Find Stillness In silence, away from the noise of expectations, your true self emerges. Create space for reflection, solitude, and connection with your inner being. Trust Yourself and Your intuition, your wisdom, and experiences, are enough. Stop doubting, and start honoring the voice within.

Live from Your Center and When you remember your wholeness, you stop reacting from fear or lack.

You make choices from a place of peace rather than desperation.

No matter what life has taken from you, no matter what experiences have tried to convince you otherwise you are already whole.

Not because you have achieved perfection. Not because you have figured it all out. But because wholeness was never something you lost, it was only something you forgot.

AND NOW ITS TIME TO REMEMBER….
